Q. What type of services do you provide?
A. Guided or As Directed for all occasions, corporate or private events, Airport transfers, we do it all.

Q. When does the hourly rate or time start?
A. Our hourly rates begin when the car arrives at your doorstep. It ends at your final destination

Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A. Yes, our minimum is 4 hours for limousine reservations. Airport transfers priced at a flat fee.

Q. When does overtime start?
A. At airports overtime starts ½ hour after the flight arrival time given by the airline (1 hour for International Flights).

Q. What vehicles do you offer for hire?
A. Lincoln Towncars, stretch limousines, SUVs and Vans.

Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. Cash, All Major Credit Cards.

Q. Are there any additional fees?
A. Gratuity to the chauffeur/driver in the amount of 20% will be added to all credit card transactions. (If you feel our service did not warrant a gratuity, it will be removed).
Parking fees at games, concerts and other events that are necessary will also be added.

Q. Do you offer point-to-point transportation?
A. Yes, a minimum charge does apply each way and it's based on travel time. Airport transfers are based on a flat fee.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, but only on limousine reservations and on special Towncar reservations. A minimum of 50% of the estimated amount is required to secure the reservation.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. 12 hours from the time of making reservation, at no cost to you, unless the reservation is booked the same day the service is required. Thereafter, the minimum cancellation fee is 50%. A no show reservation is charged in full.

Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes

Q. What is the Customer Login box for?
A. For customers who want to manage their account from anywhere at anytime. You can view up to the minute status of your reservations and add multiple passengers to your account. You can even store locations, credit cards and much more.
